Lunch Break Sketch 17

I've went back to basics with todays lunch break sketch and broke out the pencil. I'm playing a lot of Final Fantasy at the moment as you may have guessed.

Colour Line Test.

Alright all, I wanted to say thank you to the people who have shared my blog recently. I appreciate it.

So here is the coloured up version of the line test I posted the other day. I've also amended the line work. I'm still going to update this so stay tuned. 

In other news I've recently got a studio in the center of Newcastle and I'm busy making prints. I'll hopefully be posting some images tomorrow and some of the processes of screen printing and well as screen printing with a vinyl cutter, 'cor blimey,'  but now it's 2.30 in the moring and I'm going to bed. Peace.

Japanese monster sketches

There are some brilliantly bizarre Japanese Folklore monsters out there. Here's a few quick concept sketches from my sketch pad, I want to draw a party scene full of monsters drinking sake.

Today's work, my desk under the stairs and the mess made in one day!

I'm pretty pleased with today's drawing session. I thought I would take a step back and let you see a glimpse of the world I will have to wake up to in the morning. It generally gets this messy every time I work at home, and the next morning I tidy it up to subsequently mess i again when I sit down to draw.

I was having a look at the Burgered page on face book and quickly drew this up. All the entry's featuring burgers reminded me of Wimpy from Popeye. I'm currently working on a comic for sailor girl ltd and I've got a window to posca up, as well as sorting out the shambles that is this new blog. I can't get carried away with other drawings, but I may add some color to this later.
