It's been a few day's since my last pip. I've been trying to sort things out for Xmas which has been a nightmare to say the least, (bah humbug.) Anyway I hope everyone else is sorted.

I'm hoping to lanch my Etsy shop tonight, if not tomorrow and prints of this will be available. The skeleton on the original is glow in the dark. There was someone asking about this piece but when he found out it was glow in the dark he wen't a bit funny. Apparently he made a glow in the dark werewolf when he was a child which it scared during the night, and ever since he's been afraid of all thing illuminous.

Whey colossal blog post...

When I was at the exhibition space last week I noticed how grand the archways in the church where and how much I wanted to draw on them. So I went out and bought the fattest Posca I could and let rip. Before starting I scribbled a quick sketch of the basic shapes I wanted on the back of a flyer for reference. I’ve got the taste for it now though so if anyone has a church or space they want defacing with my stuff I’d be interested. Naturally it won’t be a picture be me inside a spotted fish, unless that’s what floats your boat.

The Art of Conversation - Nature Heads -13- 15 Camouflage series

All the animal hats in this series use some form of camouflage, when screen printing I knew that the camelion would be the last so I save some of every colour I used in the early nature heads to use on that bad boy.

I've been busy working on an ETSY store today and it took me three hours to photograph all the images for it, a mind numbing process. I've also been adding some bios for each of the pieces to go on the shop so I'll post them up with some of the pictures. They're influenced by some of the ridiculous conversation I had before the exhibition, so they worth a read.

Spooky, Illustration Friday. Halloween theme!

I thought I would take a break from Posca pens and enter illustration Friday. I'm off to a Halloween party in a bit, think I might go as a cowboy Zombie, I've been playing a lot of Red Dead Undead Nightmare of late. Happy Halloween every one.

A tidy work space

I thought it was about time to rearrange my basement workspace. I've shoved a TV in the corner of my desk and have super smash bros at the ready. I've also cut a few holes in a fred Perry box and made it into a Posca pen holder so that I'm not scrambling around in a pencil case every few minutes. I'm going to Posca the box up when I have some spare time. Also a giant space hopper makes for the best desk chair in my opinion.
